We at Kymak Acres, extend the following limited health warranties only to the person or person’s name above for the following described puppy:

 Three Day Health Warranty:

You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within (3) three days of purchase.  If your puppy, in the opinion of the veterinarian, has any physical problems considered to be life threatening, I will provide you with a healthy replacement puppy of equal value.  If there are no puppies available, one will be provided from the next available litter whelped or I will refund your money.  If you choose a puppy of greater value, then you will be responsible for the cost difference.  To make a claim you must return your puppy to us within 7 days of purchase.  Also, provide a signed statement from the veterinarian proving date of examination and an explanation as to why the puppy is a poor health risk.  The statement must include a description of the symptoms supporting the opinions. 

Note:  There is no warranty against Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Parasites, and Viral or Bacterial Infections.

Six Month Life Warranty 

Should the puppy die of a birth defect within six months of the time of purchase, we will provide a replacement puppy.  To qualify for this warranty, you must have kept the puppy under the care of a licensed veterinarian.  The care must include all vaccinations recommended by the veterinarian.  To make a claim, you must bring a signed certificate from the veterinarian stating cause of death and a copy of ALL of your puppy’s health records.  If there are no puppies available, one will be provided from the next available litter whelped.

General Terms and Conditions

Failure to have the puppy examined within (3) three days of purchase VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES.  If you are not provided with a replacement puppy within 180 days of warranty claim, (of same sex, breed, and retail value of original puppy purchased), then you will be entitled to a full cash refund of your puppy’s original purchase price.

Note:  There is no guarantee that this puppy can be shown or bred.

Note:  There is no guarantee on the color or size of puppy now or as an adult.

If a puppy is being returned for any health warranty claim, you must also return all registration papers.  Registration papers must be signed, transferring ownership back to Kristi Betton.  Kymak Acres will not be held responsible for any costs accrued after the sale is final. Guarantee is not valid in case of accidental death or injury.

   Notify Kymak Acres if at any time in the future you are unable or unwilling to keep this puppy for any reason.  W will either take the puppy back or assist you in locating an appropriate home for the puppy.  You will receive any monies less expense received if the puppy is resold.  You must understand that rehomed dogs most often sell for much less if anything at all vs. a new puppy. Do not ever give or sell this dog to any pet store, laboratory, puppy mill, Humane Society, animal shelter, or dog pound.
